Why are we doing this? - We want YOU to play Ultimate consistently, so that you improve.
- Play with people that are better then you! This is the best way to get better. Watch the shots they make, and do your best to replicate them.
- Don’t worry if you’re a new team, because there are other new teams out there who hope you will play too! There are coaches out there who will share tips with you, help you out with training and teach you how to play better.
- Jyn’s (and a few others) always willing to coach, who wants her help? :D

Calling all Ulty players and teams in Malaysia ! The Malaysia Ultimate League (MUL, mully!) will be reincarnated in November 2008, and will last through the New Year to end in March 2009.  | - Venue: Centralized fields, depending on team participation.
- Duration: November 2008 - March 2009
- Time: 8:30am – 12pm, on alternate weekends.
- Fee: RM 50 per player
- Format: 7-a-side, ratio = 4 male : 3 female, negotiable. 60min games or 15 points.
- Team : Maximum 18 players per team.

| Teams outside the Klang Valley are more than welcome, and will be provided with umpteen cheers before, during and after games.
